Pest Surveillance Initiative (PSI) is a project of the Manitoba Canola Growers Association and Manitoba Agriculture, Food and Rural Development with funding from the Growing Forward 2-Growing Actions program. A grower lead effort, the first project of the Initiative will focus on technologies for the detection of low concentrations of clubroot in Manitoba.

Soil testing using more sensitive qPCR analysis suitable to detecting the presence and amount of clubroot that may be present in your soil.

pest map that outlines the rural municipalities that I have been identified as having positive test results for Clubroot.

The Biosecurity Calculator reflects content found in the Producer Guide to the National Voluntary Farm-Level Biosecurity Standard for the Grains and Oilseeds Industry. It is a series of 21 questions in 6 categories and will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
