DESCRIPTION:Join us for a two day\, farmer-focused workshop to learn all about soil fertility from Manitoba experts!\n\n\n\nDay 1: Concepts of Soil Fertility and Productivity; Soil Reaction\, Liming and Salinity; Nitrogen; Phosphorus (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM) \nDay 2: Potassium; Secondary Nutrients; Micronutrients; Fertilizing for Profit (Economical Rates); Soil and Tissue Test Interpretation; Case Studies from Commission Agronomists (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM) \nTickets are $75 per person. Farmers who are members of Manitoba Canola Growers\, Manitoba Crop Alliance and/or Manitoba Pulse and Soybean Growers will receive a rebate of $25 for each association they are a member of. If you are a member of all three\, this event is FREE! \nSpace is limited! Max capacity is 25 participants. \nIMPORTANT NOTE: This event is intended for farmers.
